🤝 Info Latinos Partners Round Table – Building Stronger Support for Migrant & Refugee Communities

We were delighted to host the Info Latinos Partners Round Table, bringing together 11 inspiring organisations from across the UK to share updates, challenges, and ideas for collaboration in support of migrant and refugee communities.
💬 Why We Met
Our goal was simple but vital: to connect organisations working with migrants and refugees—especially those supporting the UK’s Latino communities—and to explore how we can better collaborate, refer, and empower the people we serve.
🌍 Who Joined Us
Here are the organisations that took part:
Info Latinos – Bilingual mentoring, workshops, and legal advisory services for the Latino community. www.infolatinos.co.uk
All Alone UK – Evelyn introduced Mi Casa Hogar, supporting isolated migrants, especially the elderly, with language and social programmes. oldaloneuk.org.uk
Breadwinners – Martin shared how their programmes provide refugee youth with work experience and mentoring. breadwinners.org.uk
Hatch Enterprise – Mellissa spoke on supporting diverse entrepreneurs, including migrants, with inclusive and accessible business support. hatchenterprise.org
Duncan Lewis Solicitors – Yermaine highlighted the importance of legal aid and their pro bono immigration advice services. duncanlewis.co.uk
Migrant Help / Just Good Work – Shook presented a multilingual mobile app supporting migrants with employment rights and secure document storage. Just Good Work – Android
Refugees at Home – Lyssette explained their host-refugee matching programme and the critical importance of move-on plans. refugeesathome.org
Familias Neurodiversas – Magdalena advocates for culturally sensitive support for neurodiverse Latino families.

Microsoft / HOLA ERG – Marysol shared HOLA’s work mentoring Latinx youth and promoting AI education for future-ready skills.
🔍 Highlights & Insights
Gisela Villamil outlined Info Latinos' bilingual services and referral processes.
Mental health, legal aid cuts, and lack of safe spaces were common challenges.
Multiple speakers raised the urgent need for collaboration and joint initiatives.
Interest in future discussions on the Future of Work and AI, especially for young migrants.
